So what is Thrive, changing limiting beliefs and the DREAM technique?

The DREAM Technique is essentially a technique that's part of a changing limiting beliefs training program (Thrive) rather than a "therapy". This training can include an element of hypnotherapy and may be coupled with guided or self hypnosis. It teaches you exactly how to take control of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, doubts and worries. This short but impactful training program is tailored to the individual and enables you to totally turn around the way you think and feel about yourself and those situations that challenge you the most. The end result is a liberating one of finally feeling fully in control and the genuine changes enable you to live a happier, more successful and positive life.

Each course is personalised to you - at it's longest taking around 6-8 session to complete.

So what is all this Limiting Belief System stuff?

A limiting belief system is a set of personal beliefs (some obvious to you, some you haven't even noticed you were having) that can have a hughly negative, damaging or as the name implies limiting affect on your life. Limiting beliefs often cause you to experience relationship problems (trust, insecurity, sexual dysfunction etc.), stress induced illnesses (both mental and physical), phobias, fears, anxieties, low confidence, bad habits, under-achieving etc . Alice Pinion has been practising the DREAM technique training program with great success and as one of the first fully trained practitioners in the UK has already helped to change the limiting beliefs of many people with problems such as clinical depression, M.E. post-viral fatigue syndrome, obsessions, phobias and focus on sports.
