So what IS the DREAM technique?
The DREAM Technique is essentially a training program rather than a "therapy" although it does include an element of hypnotherapy and often also auto or self hypnosis. It teaches you exactly how to take control of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, doubts and worries. This short training program is tailored to the individual and enables you to totally turn around the way you think and feel about yourself and those situations that challenge you the most. The end result is a liberating one of finally feeling fully in control and the genuine changes enable you to live a happier, more successful and positive life.
Each course is personalised to you - at it's longest taking around 6 session to complete, although often the program is shorter.
